The Weekender Breakfast Sandwich

This is our favorite breakfast sandwich, but as you can see from the ingredients it's not one you should eat every day. This is why we called this one the weekender. The flavor combination of the cream cheese and sharp cheddar make this sandwich delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 Bakery Fresh Bagel
  • Desired Amount of Cream Cheese
  • 3 Slices of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Slices of Thick Cut Bacon
  • 2 Eggs

Fry the bacon. I cut the slices in half before frying, this way they are ready to go when the bacon is cooked.

Fry the two eggs.  I like to cook them just short of hard so the yolks are a little soft. Salt eggs to taste.

When you flip the eggs, put one slice of cheese on each egg. While the eggs are frying, toast the bagel.

Put cream cheese on both bottom and top halves of the bagel. Put one slice of cheese on the bottom half of bagel.

Put the two eggs on the bagel.

Add bacon.

Enjoy!
