Parker's Buttered Noodles
I first made these noodles as a side dish. My son Parker is not a big potato eater, so when I made a roast one night I decided to make noodles instead of potatoes. Since that time, Parker asks for them at least weekly. They are very simple and I am sure many of you have made something similar.
Ingredients
- 2-3 Ounces of Spaghetti Noodles
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Butter (salted)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper (or to taste)
Cook noodles as directed.
Strain noodles and return to pan. Add butter and stir until melted.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Sprinkle shredded parmesan on top before serving.
