Baked Fries
Ingredients
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Greek Seasoning
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Season Salt
Cut potatoes into fries. If you have a fry cutter, you can use that too. I usually just cut them by hand so I don't dirty another item.
Pat the cut potatoes dry. And place in a bowl.
In a separate bowl combine bread crumbs, Greek seasoning, garlic salt and pepper.
Add the olive oil to bowl of potatoes and toss together.
Add the combined seasoning that you mixed in the separate bowl and toss together.
Add Parmesan Cheese and toss.
Pour onto a baking sheet and spread out. If some of the parmesan has fallen off you can pick up and sprinkle on the fries.
Sprinkle the season salt over the top.
Place in preheated 425 degree oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
Stir the fries. Some may be sticking together. the main thing is to get the portions touching the pan turned. Bake an additional 10-20 minutes depending on desired doneness and size of fries.
Serve and enjoy.
